PAKU WATERSLIDE TRANSFER KAĞITLARI polimer kil ve sert ve düz olan her yüzey için kullanımı uygundur.

Transfer kağıtları arasında uygulaması EN KOLAY, EN HIZLI ve EN DAYANIKLI yöntem Waterslide tekniğidir. Aşınmalara karşı dayanıklıdır, sonradan üzerine herhangi bir vernik veya cila sürmenize gerek yoktur.

POLİMER KİLDE UYGULAMA YÖNTEMİ:

1. Polimer kil hamurunuz mutlaka konsdisyonlanmış yani yumuşatılmış olmalıdır.

2. Transfer kağıdının desenli yüzü kile denk gelecek şekilde, bir kenardan 5 mm kağıt payı bırakarak kağıdı kil üzerine yerleştirin. Kili ezmeden parmak uçlarınızla ovuşturarak deseni kil üzerinde sabitleyin.

3. Merdane ile kağıdın üzerinden 2-3 kez daha geçerek desenin kile iyice yapıştığından emin olunuz.

4. Sprey su şişesi ile sadece kağıdı ıslatacak kadar su püskürtünüz. Mat kağıdın altından desen flu olarak gözükmeye başladığında kağıt yeterince ıslanmış demektir. Suyun kağıdın her tarafına eşit şekilde püskürtüldüğünden ve kağıdın yeterince ıslandığından emin olunuz. Gereğinden fazla su kullanılması kağıda zarar vermez , ancak desenin kuruma süresini uzatır.

5. Elinizle kağıt üzerine pıtpıt yapıp kağıdın suyu emdiğinden emin olunuz.

6. Kağıdı azıcık yerinden oynatıp kilin üzerinden kaydırarak uzaklatırınız. Burada "kaydırma" işlemi tam anlamıyla videolarda gözüktüğü gibi yapılmalıdır. Kağıt havaya doğru kaldırılıp çekilmemelidir.

7. Mat kağıdın altından parlak bir film tabası çıktığını göreceksiniz. Kilinizi kesme kapları ile şekillendirmeden evvel bu filmi de sökmeniz gerekmektedir. Bu noktada çok yavaş ve dikkatli olunuz. Kağıdın pay bıraktığınız köşesinden filmi tutup, sayfamdaki videoda gözüktüğü gibi sadece "geriye" doğru ve çok yavaş bir şekilde çekiniz. Hızlı çektiğiniz takdirde desen tam anlamıyla transfer olmaz.

8. Filmi söktükten sonra desen kuruyana kadar kilin yüzeyine hiç dokunmayınız. Oda sıcaklığında 5-10 dakikada hızlı şekilde zaten kuruyacaktır. Kurumayı daha da hızlandırmak için cam kenarında 3 dk. kadar kurumaya bırakabilirsiniz.

9. Kilinizi mümkün olan en keskin kesme kalıpları ile kesiniz. Piyasada satılan bazı 3D yazıcılar ile üretilmiş kalıpların bazılarının kesici ağzının kalın olduğunu deneyimlemiş olabilirsiniz. Kesici ağzı yeterince keskin olmayan bu tarz kalıplar, kili keserken desene zarar verebilir.

10. Desenin pigmentini ve renklerini korumak için, kilinizi pişirirken muhakkak aluminyum folyo ile üzerini örtüp ( tenting metodu ) pişirmenizi öneririz. Bu sayede hem kiliniz sararma yapmaz, hem de desenin renkleri hamur içine hapsolup canlı kalır.

11. Waterslide transferler aşınmalara karşı dayanıklıdır ve ayrıca diğer transferlere nazaran parlaktır. Ayrıca reçine veya vernik sürmenize gerek yoktur. Ancak yine de görsel olarak kullanmayı tercih edebilirsiniz.

PAKU WATERSLIDE TRANSFER PAPER is suitable for use on polymer clay and any hard and flat surface.
The EASIEST, FASTEST and MOST DURABLE method to apply among transfer papers is the Waterslide technique. It is resistant to abrasion, you do not need to apply any varnish or polish on it afterwards.

APPLICATION METHOD IN POLYMER CLAY:

1. Your polymer clay dough must be conditioned, that is, softened.

2. Place the paper on the clay, leaving a 5 mm paper allowance from one side, so that the patterned side of the transfer paper coincides with the clay. Fix the pattern on the clay by rubbing it with your fingertips without crushing the clay.

3. Make sure that the pattern adheres to the clay by passing it over the paper 2-3 more times with the roller.

4. Using a spray water bottle, spray just enough water to wet the paper. When the pattern begins to appear blurry under the matte paper, it means that the paper is wet enough. Make sure that the water is sprayed evenly on all sides of the paper and that the paper is sufficiently wet. Using more water than necessary will not damage the paper, but will prolong the drying time of the pattern.

5. Pat it on the paper with your hand and make sure that the paper absorbs the water.

6. Move the paper slightly and slide it over the clay and away from it. Here, the "scrolling" process must be done exactly as seen in the videos. The paper should not be lifted or pulled into the air.

7. You will see a shiny film layer coming out from under the matte paper. You need to remove this film before shaping your clay with cutting cups. At this point, be very slow and careful. Hold the film from the corner of the paper where you left the margin and pull it only "backwards" and very slowly, as seen in the video on my page. If you pull quickly, the pattern will not transfer completely.

8. After removing the film, do not touch the surface of the clay until the pattern dries. It will dry quickly in 5-10 minutes at room temperature. To further accelerate drying, leave it on the edge of the glass for 3 minutes. You can leave it to dry until.

9. Cut your clay with the sharpest cutting dies possible. You may have experienced that some of the molds produced with 3D printers sold in the market have thick cutting edges. Such molds, whose cutting edge is not sharp enough, may damage the pattern while cutting the clay.

10. In order to preserve the pigment and colors of the pattern, we recommend that you cover your clay with aluminum foil (tenting method) while baking it. In this way, your clay will not turn yellow and the colors of the pattern will be trapped in the dough and remain vibrant.

11. Waterslide transfers are resistant to abrasions and are also shiny compared to other transfers. You also do not need to apply resin or varnish. However, you can still choose to use it visually.
