The listed Mesh Stencil price is for print-ready designs. If you already have a vector file prepared according to the design requirements below, you can purchase only the Mesh Stencil.
If you do not have a vector design file that is suitable for silk screen printing, you can also add the A4 Graphic Design Service to your cart and have a custom design prepared exclusively for your business.
The A4 Graphic Design Service is an additional paid service. Based on your existing logo in vector format, we can scale any number of logos according to the design requirements below or add different patterns to your design.

Artwork Requirements
Please make sure that the file you provide meets the following requirements:
- Designs must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and must be single-color black.
- The black color used must be Rich (Composite) Black (#000000) (C:75 M:68 Y:67 K:91).
- No gray tones, transparency, or other colors should be used in the design/logo.
- The minimum distance between individual logos must be 2 cm.
- The background of the design file must be transparent or pure white.
- If text is used, the minimum letter height must be 2 mm, and the thinnest part of the letters must not be less than 0.5 mm.
- For line-based designs, the minimum line thickness must be 1 mm.
- Accepted file formats are PDF, EPS, AI, and SVG. Vector files are a must as they allow us to check whether your design is suitable for production. A vector-based design ensures that your artwork is transferred to the mesh as clearly and accurately as possible. Vector files also have a smaller file size, retain their clarity when enlarged for printing, and allow us to verify that the correct color has been used.
- You can vectorize your artwork using Adobe Illustrator, or prepare your designs in vector format using free applications such as Inkscape and Boxy SVG.
Files prepared according to these requirements provide the best results during the production process.
If you plan to cut out the individual motifs from the mesh stencil for separate use, please leave at least 2 cm (0.8") of space above and below each design to allow enough material for handling.
Delivery
Once we receive your file and confirm that it meets our production requirements, your custom stencil will be ready to ship within 15 days.
Important Design Guidelines
Please make sure that:
- The smallest letter height is at least 2 mm.
- The thinnest line is at least 1 mm.
- The artwork is 100% True Black (#000000) with no shades of gray or transparency.
These specifications are essential for achieving the best printing results.
Durable & Reusable
Our mesh stencils are designed to last a lifetime. With proper care, they can be washed and reused hundreds or even thousands of times, making them ideal for both hobbyists and professional production.
Traditional rubber/acrylic stamps can sometimes cause ceramic pieces to crack during the stamping process, and in most cases, the damage is irreversible.
With a mesh stencil, however, if your print doesn't turn out as expected, you can simply wipe it off and print again before firing. This makes mesh stencils a much safer and more forgiving option for ceramic branding.
