★★ HOW TO USE & CARE ★★
• for POLYMER CLAY: Only use water-based acrylic paints. Avoid oil-based or solvent-based products.
• for POTTERY CREAMICS & PORCELAIN: You can use water-based pigments under glaze for ceramic / porcelain biscuits or leather-hard clay. Ceramic artists need to check the glaze viscosity before the stencil is applied on a biscuit. If your paint is too runny, you' ll need to thicken it with a pinch of CMC powder ( aka. Silk Screen Medium )
• for FONDANT CAKES & COOKIES: You can use Piping gel, Royal icing or Airbrush paints. Make sure to use only water-based colorants. Avoid alcohol based paints.
▶︎ Use silicone spatula or a squeegee ( or a flexible credit card ) to spread the paint.
▶︎ Immediately immerse your stencil in a bowl of water or flat wash under running water and gently brush with your finger tips to release the excess paint. Or simply wash with soapy sponge on a flat surface. Please do not fold or crease the stencil.
▶︎ If you are not ready to wash immediately, ensure the stencil is fully sinked in water bowl. The excess paint should not get in contact with air. Never let the paint set; otherwise mesh stencil pores might get clogged.
▶︎ Wipe out the excess water with a paper towel and let to dry flat.APPLICATION directly on Bisque
